Banana cake

Ingredients :

Mix all the ingredients. Pour the preparation into a silicone mold 10 cm in diameter with a high edge. Bake for 18 minutes at 180°C.

Strawberry and raspberry tart

Ingredients :

Mix 100g biscuit rice cream in a bowl with 50ml to 100ml of water to obtain a shortbread dough. Take a cookie cutter or tartlet mold and place the preparation in it, pressing down the bottom and the edges.

Mix 50g of white chocolate or biscuit rice cream, 100mL of water and the agave syrup. Once a creamy consistency has been obtained, place the cream on the shortbread dough. Cut and arrange the strawberries and raspberries on the preparation.

Double chocolate fondant

Ingredients :

Mix the flour, rice cream, cocoa powder, sugar and yeast in a bowl. Then add the egg and milk. Once the dough is homogeneous, pour everything into an individual mold and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Once the cake is cooked and cooled, unmold and prepare the frosting by mixing 10g of cocoa powder with a tsp of sugar and milk until the desired consistency.

We coat the cake and add some colored vermicelli for more delicacy
