Banana bread with raspberries and rice cream

Mix 200g of hydrolyzed rice flour with 1 sachet of baking powder and 30g of brown sugar. Add 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil.

Mash 2 very ripe bananas with a fork, pour them into the preparation with a few raspberries.

Grease a cake pan, pour the batter.

Place half a banana and a few raspberries on top. Bake for 30min (depending on your oven) at 180 degrees. Bon appetit!
