Flan  à la crème de riz

Rice cream flan

Thanks to its creamy texture, the rice cream from Ironshark Nutrition allows you to make delicious recipes. Dietary, healthy and delicious, today we offer you a creamy flan recipe for 2 or 3 people to keep cool.

Here is the list of ingredients:

  • 200g egg white
  • 50g Ironshark Nutrition rice cream
  • 50g flour (spelt, oat or other)
  • 250 ml vegetable milk
  • Flav drop vanilla
  • 1 cooked apple (or other fruit such as frozen raspberries)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Put the milk in a saucepan, add the rice cream (or pour the milk  boiling over the rice cream and mix).

Once the mixture has thickened, add the flour then re-mix and add the egg whites.

Place your pre-cooked or frozen fruit in the bottom of a small springform or round silicone mold about 18 cm (so that it is very thick) then pour the creamy preparation on top.

Put in the oven for 20 to 30 min at 180 degrees depending on your mould.

Place in the fridge and wait for it to cool for a less melting texture that looks like a pastry flan.
