120g egg white
1 soy yogurt or 150 ml vegetable milk
1 spoon of yeast
70 g cream of rice
Mix all the ingredients,
Add a little water to keep the texture creamy
Place the mixture in a small, hot, lightly greased skillet. Cover and cook over low heat. Gently flip when the edges come off.
Once the flan is ready, place it on a plate and top it with the toppings of your choice 😋
