Les oméga 3 : un indispensable pour notre santé

Omega 3: essential for our health

Omega 3 are very powerful fatty acids, essential for the proper functioning of the body.

They play a major role in our health in:

  • Protection of the cardiovascular system
  • Immunity Protection
  • Protection of skin, hair, nails...
  • Fight bad cholesterol
  • Weight regulation

The body being unable to produce it, we are therefore very often deficient in it.

Where to find these omega 3 ?

They are found in foods such as: oily fish (mackerel salmon, herring, etc.), nuts, oils (linseed,  rapeseed..)

At the time, our grandmothers administered us a tablespoon of cod liver oil daily in order to bring us all the benefits of the omega 3 contained in it.. Suffice to say that this solution was not the tastiest ..

But fortunately, since then, times have changed and omega 3 can be taken in the form of capsules, or fish gelatin capsules.

This is the most  simple and effective for people who are unable to obtain omega 3 through their diet.

Their absorption is thus optimal!

What are their effects on health?

Omega 3s are effective:

  • to protect the cardiovascular system
  • promote good blood circulation.
  • They also play a crucial role in the proper functioning of hormones! Ladies, don't neglect these good lipids!

They allow the proper functioning of hormones regulating inflammatory states, weight, cholesterol and metabolism,

Omega 3 contribute to the hydration of the skin by protecting it from ageing!

A deficiency in omega 3 leads to weakened immunity, cardiovascular problems...

In short, the lack of omega 3 causes a faulty functioning of the whole organism.

They are therefore a guarantee of good health as a whole. .

Omega 3

Consuming omega 3 is therefore important, however, it is difficult today to obtain quality omega 3 because fish are often contaminated by heavy metals, pollutants. Today, the simplest and safest way to consume omega 3 is in the form of capsules.

Take care of your health above all, by ensuring the quality of your consumption  !
