Brookie gourmand à la crème de riz

Gourmet brookie with rice cream

Recipe for 3 brookies (serves 3)

Brownies:


- 2 eggs
- 100 g of sugar-free hazelnut spread
- 100 g of SSA compotes
- 50 g Whey Iso shark Chocolate flavor
- 20 g of sweetener or other sweetener

Mix all the ingredients and divide the preparation into 3 molds 10 cm high (halfway), set aside.

The cookie:


- 1 egg
- 100g peanut butter
- 40 g of Ironshark nutrition rice cream
- 40 g of sweetener or other sweetener
- 1 heaped teaspoon of baking powder

Mix all the ingredients to obtain a crumbly shortcrust pastry.
Spread it over the brownie batter.

Bake for 8 to 10 min at 180 degrees.

To be enjoyed hot or cold 😋
