Ingredients :
- 200 g of 0% fromage blanc or skyr
- salt, pepper, spices
- 100 g of rice cream
-1 packet of baking powder
- 1 case of oil of your choice
- 50 ml of milk of your choice
- 3 eggs
- filling of your choice: here, feta, olives, tomatoes
Preparation:
Oil your mold. Mix all the ingredients then add the chosen garnish (you can pre-cook your vegetables to drain them of water).
Bake for 35-40 mins at 180 degrees.
