• Bolognese :
- Fry the onions in the pan
- Cook the ground beef 5%
- Add the homemade tomato coulis
- Let it be for now
- Spices: Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Oregano
• Assembly :
- Oil a gratin dish
- Arrange the lasagna sheets
- Add Bolognese
- Add the Bechamel Sauce
- Add Light Bridelight Gruyere (high protein content)
- Add the Lasagne sheets and reproduce the same diagram for the layers
• Cooking :
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees / 10min
- Put the dish in the oven for 40min at 180–200 degrees
