Soft red fruits and coconut heart


Ingredients :

  • 1 egg + 1 white
  • 40g SSA applesauce
  • 30g of white cheese 0%
  • 30g @ironshark_nutrition rice cream
  • 20g of sugar
  • 15g ISO SHARK Cookies & Cream @ironshark_nutrition
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Coconut spread
  • Vanilla extract
  • Some red fruits

Mix all the ingredients and pour the preparation into a silicone mold 10 cm in diameter.

Place an ice cube of sugar-free coconut spread in the center and add a few red fruits.

Bake for 25 minutes at 170°C, covering with aluminum foil halfway through cooking. Enjoy it cold, garnished with a few raspberries.

Coconut, raspberry and chocolate fondant


Ingredients :

  • 20g @ironshark_nutrition rice cream
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 20g coconut powder
  • 20g of sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder.
  • A few raspberries
  • Chocolate chips

Mash the banana into a purée then mix it with the rice cream. Add the egg, coconut powder, sugar and baking powder.

Pour everything into a mold, adding the raspberries and chocolate chips on top. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.

Chocolate and peanut mousse


Ingredients :

  • 1 egg white
  • 65g raw zucchini
  • 15g wheat flour
  • 15g @ironshark_nutrition rice cream
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 15g sugar (or other sweetener)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 20g dark chocolate
  • 100g cottage cheese
  • 15g peanut butter @ironshark_nutrition

Melt the chocolate, and mix all the other ingredients together. Once well mixed, add the melted chocolate. Put in a mold of 12cm in diameter. Then, make marbles with the peanut butter and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.

Leave to cool to room temperature, unmold and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

Tiramisu revisited


Ingredients :

Shortbread :

  • 30g SSA applesauce
  • 36g ISO SHARK Cookies & Cream @ironshark_nutrition
  • 10g of sugar

Mix all the ingredients and pour a glass.

Mousse :

  • 2 small Swiss 0%
  • 30g peanut butter @ironshark_nutrition
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg white

Mix the small Swiss, the peanut butter, with the sugar and add the egg yolk. Whip the egg white and gently fold it in. Finish by pouring the preparation into a glass.


  • 20g bitter cocoa
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • +/- 10 tbsp of water (adjust if necessary)

Mix all the ingredients and coat the mousse.

Place in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next day.
